Approach To Your Day & Package Costs

To ensure the true essence of your day is captured in your wedding images my priority is to document it in a natural, candid and unobtrusive way. However, I also enjoy capturing stunning and stylish couple portraits for you. This doesn’t have to take any longer than 10 minutes (it’s all in the prep beforehand!) but on the other hand, as much time can be allocated for this as you wish. What emphasis is put on these shots – and the time involved – will be discussed with you in our pre wedding catch up.

The formal family and friends group shots are an important part of any wedding but without sound organisational and communication skills from your photographer (both on the day and beforehand) this part of the day can become very stressful for any newlyweds and take considerably longer than it should. I therefore work with you and advise you before your wedding on how to best compile a list of these shots (every wedding is different!) and then personally rearrange them in an order which is conjugative to the smooth running of this part of your day. On the day I then take control and communicate effectively to ensure that these shots are captured in a timeous manner. These skills are extremely important at any wedding given the number of guests involved. Ultimately, this allows you to maximise the quality time you spend with your family and friends.

From the moment of booking, I’m more than happy to help you with other supplier recommendations. I will do this based on what I feel best fits your personality and the vision you have for your day, not simply provide you with a predetermined list. I’m always available for a catch up between the point of booking and our scheduled pre-wedding chat should anything crop up.

I also pride myself on my easy going and professional approach to every wedding I capture. This is regularly commented on by both couples and their guests and is massively important given I will spend one of the most important and happiest days of your life with you and your close family and friends.
