My style is largely candid documentary with a touch of artistic portraits but this isn't to say group shots can't form a part of your day. In order to ensure the smooth, stress free running of your day it's VERY important we settle on a list of the ones you want captured beforehand. Please bear in mind that these take on average 2-3 minutes each. Please see in the box below the key shots I'd recommend.

It would be beneficial if you could nominate one bridesmaid and one groomsman to assist with gathering guests for the group shots. This helps speed up the process. Please remember to let them know that they've been nominated.

Please supply a list of your key timings from hair and make up arrival to ceremony start time, speeches, meal, cake cutting and first dance.

Please let me know here if you have any special requests on your day. For example, it could be to make sure I capture certain images of a certain individual. Can you also let me know of things such as whether or not you plan on having confetti / sparklers etc? Many thanks.

Please supply a list of your other suppliers such as your marriage officiant, videographer, florist, dress shop / designer, kilt supplier, make-up artist, hairdresser, favours, band and anything else you can think of (singing waiters, sweetie cart, dog sitter etc)
